Island Walks organizes walking tours on the Ionian island of Ithaca (Ithaki) in Greece since 2004. The program is aimed at walkers who appreciate the combination of nature and culture. At a relaxed pace and in small groups we explore Ithaca's most remote and interesting areas. Specially tailored arrangements for visiting groups are also possible.
Whether you travel to Ithaca with an organization or on your own, you can book ahead or join one of our walks while you're here. Contact us or ask your tour operator's representative about us. I hope to welcome you on Ithaca this year.Ester van Zuylen
This year Island Walks is joined by a second walking guide, Rien Post. Walking trails have been cleared and marked again, so exploring Ithaca on foot is now better than ever. We offer walks in both the North and the South of the island. Detailed descriptions of our walks are available on the Walking program page.
The Homer's walk: € 15 per person. Children under 12 free.
Discounted rates for groups over 10 are possible. There is a minimum of 4 people per walk required. We can arrange transport to and from the starting point of each walk.
Island Walks has been featured in a number of international publications and travel guides, from the New York Times to Lonely Planet.
